CAKE-OF-THE-MONTH
NEW FOR 2011!

AUGUST: Devil's Food Cupcake with a Hershey's Kiss with Caramel inside and topped with Salted Caramel Icing and a Pretzel!

JULY: I'm sorry but I will not be offering a special flavor for July. I am already completely booked for this month so I feel it would be pointless to offer something for which I can take no orders. Check back for August though. I'm thinking of something with a salted caramel icing!

JUNE: Pina Colada Cake! Rich, moist pineapple cake with crushed pineapple baked into the cake. Then for the filling, it'll be creme de coconut and rum flavors and to top it off, the icing will also carry the same coconut flavor. If you'd like, I can also coat the outside of the cake with flaked coconut!

MAY: I'm changing things up a bit for this month's cake of the month: 24 Chocolate Fudge - Chocolate Chip Cupcakes with Dark Chocolate Ganache filling and Whipped Ganache Topping!! Get this flavor for $25 while you can because these babies would usually run about $1.75 EACH!!

APRIL: Lemon Raspberry Supreme
Rich, moist lemony cake with seedless red raspberry filling.

MARCH: White Chocolate Irish Cream
Dense white chocolate cake with hints of Irish Cream Liquor and Jameson's Irish Whiskey torted and filled with three layers of Irish Creme.

February: Love Sweet Love
Smooth red velvet cake filled and iced with a buttery cream cheese icing.

January: Jamaican Bean Bean
French Vanilla cake made with slow-brewed Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee and a touch of rum flavor, sprinkled with a touch of Cocao Nibs, filled and iced with a creamy, buttery buttercream.
